I'm Ilana and this is my husband, Eddie! After 10 years of falling in love everyday, we chose to "tie the knot" in August 2025 (Av 5785). We had a little courthouse marriage in December of 2024, but we knew it was time to celebrate our simcha (our joy) with family and friends. Unfortunately, for my husband, I have bougie taste, but honestly, for our wedding, we had a real world, middle class budget. From the top of our wedding to the bottom and from the beginning to the end, we planned, organized, and executed the wedding ourselves. Of course, we could not have pulled it all off without our family and friends, and for that, we are forever grateful. It took a little more elbow grease, a little more time, and a little more grit, but we did it. We orchestrated a classy elegant wedding on a tight budget. Most importantly, we shared our cultures and our love with the people we love. I wouldn't change a thing about that night, but that unforgettable evening was not easy.
